Our nets are equipped with advanced bowling machines and skilled coaches who provide tailored training for batting, bowling, and wicketkeeping. The focus is on improving technique, reaction time, and adaptability under realistic match conditions.
Fielding Session
Fielding is a key aspect of cricket, and at Index Cricket Academy, we specialize in developing sharp, agile fielders. Our fielding sessions are designed to improve reflexes, hand-eye coordination, and overall agility. Through a combination of drills such as slip catching, outfield grounders, and close-in fielding techniques, players build confidence and skill in all aspects of fielding.

Fitness is the cornerstone of any cricketer’s performance, and at Index Cricket Academy, we prioritize building strength, endurance, and flexibility. Our fitness sessions are designed to improve overall athleticism, agility, and injury prevention, tailored to the specific demands of cricket. We incorporate strength training, cardio and flexibility exercises to enhance stamina and explosive power.
